Software build & programming:

First, install bootloader using USBASP:

cd optiboot
make install

Second, program with software.

Alphanumeric display version:

cd soft
make install PROGPORT=COM16

Graphical display version:

cd soft
make install PROGPORT=COM16 LCD=graphic
